The long term residence permit

 Long-term residence permit
(1) long-term residence permit is issued on the basis of obtaining the right to stay
in the long term:
a) aliens family members of Romanian citizens, for a period of 10 years, and
successively renewed for the same period;
b) other categories of foreigners, for a period of 5 years and is renewed successively
for the same period.
(2) long-term residence permit is part of the address to which the foreigner declares that has
domiciled in Romania.
 Long-term residence permits issued to holders of a right to stay on
Long term, obtained as a result of holding a EU Blue Card, state;
"Former EU Blue Card holder".
(3) Applications for long-term residence permit is submitted by
owner of the long stay in the territorial unit of the Romanian Office
Immigration in whose jurisdiction the applicant legally resides and must
be accompanied by the following documents:
a) document for crossing the state border, in original and copy;
b) documents proving the legal ownership of the living space at the
the stranger says domiciled in Romania, in original and copy.
(4) To renew a residence permit long-term, the applicant must
submit, at least 30 days before the expiry date of the document, a request
accompanied by documents proving legal ownership of the living space to
the address to which the foreigner says domiciled in Romania.
